A little 'lazy, a bit' I do not know what to write (there are so many, the Italian news, international ones, to those of the office of Mazabuka).
I will just post a couple of photos taken by my friend David Pizzardi, a photographer who came to take pictures CeLIM projects in Zambia and joined my trip to Zanzibar (December 21 to January 4), together with a diverse group composed of Canadian, British, German, Zambia.
These photos are made in a street in Stone Town, an Indian restaurant on the train and Zambia-Tanzania (Kaphiri Mposhi - Dar es Salaam).

Sunday 13 . Usual departure from Turin in the night to arrive in time at the gates of paradise. Heaven is the plain of Cogne, where today we run the March, epic 45 km in time walking, with a compilation of different levels that only made them once they know. I've done it 13 times but always as if it were the first: registration, coffee, clothing, try skiing, quick heating and eventually the gate. Here come the first rays of sun finally banish the clouds. The frame is complete. We only hope that the mechanism (psychophysical) today does not bind. In any case, I feel optimistic .
There is no much to the shot. We all, nearly a thousand. I see the gate Giorgio Di Centa getting ready. Today not give up. I think a good strategy. (Give me only 54 minutes!). Then there Marco Albarello accompanying Claudio Chiappucci (on skis, without a bike), the 'usual' Japanese friends from Genoa and Piedmont ..

Launch in the plain along the Olympic track with some turnarounds, usually difficult to stretch because of crowding, then immediately take the path-new this year-long descent towards Epinel: mamma mia, the last year of snow and slowly made me forget how dangerous they can be turned down with snow .. In yet another dive I find myself in front of an S curve to , I did not remember. Surprised, I enter in spite of myself with bad trajectory. Low center of gravity, right-hander drifting and trying to tighten the trajectory does not go outside. Review, I hear the skiing accident that opens and all the leg following a dip .. .. I'm flying, .. I hear a click a photographer evil that can not wait and I crashed off the track .. I had been a rally car I did a massacre in public .. do anything .. the sticks are integers, the descent continues, there is something for everyone, on another .. A part of a
Epinel climb Atomic (will be at least 15 km) which will end at the top of Valnontey. Initially, poorly managed, no rhythm, but also experiencing an inexplicable weakness in the arms, absurd as they rest down. The reality is that I problems wax.
